Most of D&LT staff have overseas experience. They have undertaken rigorous training by the visa sections of foreign embassies and regular briefings given by visiting representatives from overseas educational institutions. We maintain a visa success rate of over 98% and our application conversion rate is over 80%. We have about 100 full-time employees working in three offices in Harbin, Beijing and Changchun.
